This Privacy Policy describes how IPO Premium: GMP & Tracker ("the App", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our iOS application. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

Summary: IPO Premium: GMP & Tracker does not require account registration. We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information. Some data is collected automatically by integrated third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase) for advertising, crash reporting, and push notifications. All preferences and cache data are stored locally on your device only.

1. Information We Collect

The App integrates third-party SDKs that may collect certain device and usage data automatically:

1.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Dark mode preference — your chosen display theme
Onboarding completion status — whether you have completed the first-launch onboarding
Calculator history — your most recent result for each tool, stored locally only
Ad configuration cache — remote ad display settings cached locally for faster loading
App rating status — whether the in-app review prompt has been shown
API response cache — IPO data, news, and market status responses temporarily cached on disk, purged after 24 hours

2. Internet Access and Network Requests

The App requires an active internet connection. It makes HTTPS requests to the following services. No personal user data is included in any of these requests:

StockEdge API (api.stockedge.com) — IPO data
NSE India API (www.nseindia.com) — market status and trading holidays
MoneyControl API (api.moneycontrol.com, appfeeds.moneycontrol.com) — financial news
DigitalOcean CDN (publicassetsdata.sfo3.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com) — remote ad configuration
Google AdMob servers — advertisement delivery
Firebase servers — crash reporting and push notifications

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests ATT permission for Google AdMob personalised ads. If you deny, the App shows non-personalised ads only. Change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Push Notifications

Push notifications are optional and delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging. Withdraw permission anytime in Settings → Notifications → IPO Grey Market Premium Info.

5. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, native, app open, and rewarded ads). Before personalised ads are shown, the App presents a Google UMP consent form (EEA/UK users) and requests ATT permission. Declining either shows non-personalised ads only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

8. Data Security

All network requests use HTTPS
Cache files stored in the app's private directory, inaccessible to other apps
No sensitive financial or personal data stored locally or transmitted to our servers
No user login, account system, or server-side user database

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us at the address below and we will take prompt steps to address the concern.

10. Your Rights

Delete all local data — uninstall the App
