1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how DIVYAM CREATION ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the CrickPoll - Cricket Team App ("the App") on Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store) devices.

This policy applies to all users of the App worldwide. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Device Identifier (UUID)

CrickPoll does not require account registration, email address, phone number, or any personal information. Instead, the App generates a unique device identifier (UUID v4) on first launch. This identifier is used solely to:

On Android, the App reads the Android hardware ID (android.os.Build.ID) to generate a stable UUID. On iOS, the App uses identifierForVendor (IDFV) provided by Apple. Neither identifier is used for advertising, cross-app tracking, or any purpose outside the App's core functionality.

2.2 Display Name

A default display name ("New Player") is automatically assigned to your device profile on first launch. You may update this name at any time within the App. This name is visible only to members of your cricket group and is not publicly accessible.

2.3 Poll Responses

Your responses to daily polls (Coming or Not Coming) are stored in our database and associated with your device identifier. These responses are visible only to members of your cricket group.

2.4 Attendance Records

Attendance data derived from your poll responses is stored for up to 30 days. This data is used to display attendance history and calculate player statistics (streak, reliability score, days played) within your group.

2.5 Group Data

When you create or join a cricket group, the following data is stored: group name, member list, admin assignments, and join request status. This data is visible only to members of the respective group.

2.6 App Preferences

The App stores your theme preference (light or dark mode) and environment setting (UAT or Production) locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences or iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

2.7 Notification Schedule Data

The App stores local notification schedule data on your device to deliver poll reminders at 7 PM, 8:45 PM, and 9 PM. This data is managed by the flutter_local_notifications library and is stored locally only.

No third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, social login SDKs, or tracking libraries are integrated in the App.

8. App Tracking Transparency (iOS — Apple)

CrickPoll does not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not track users across third-party apps or websites. The App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework prompt is not triggered because no cross-app or cross-site tracking is performed. The App is fully compliant with Apple's ATT requirements.
