Frequently Asked Questions
Songs are sourced from a third-party website with thousands of name recordings. Not every name is available. If a name is not found, the app uses an on-device voice as a fallback. Try different spellings of the name.
Song search requires a stable internet connection and may take 5–20 seconds. If it times out, check your connection and try again.
After a song loads and plays, tap the "Download MP3" button. The song is saved to your device and available anytime in the Downloaded Songs section.
Open Birthday Video Maker, enter a name, add 2–10 photos from your gallery, choose a song style, and tap "Create Video". Preview and share directly from the app.
Open Birthday Card Maker, enter a name, choose a template, optionally add a photo, and tap "Generate Card". Save to your photo library or share instantly.
Go to My Creations and swipe left on any item to delete it. For downloaded songs, go to Downloaded Songs and swipe left to remove them.
iOS: Settings → Notifications → Birthday Songs With Name Maker → toggle off. Android: Settings → Apps → Birthday Song With Name → Notifications → toggle off.
