Studio Kids Master (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Birthday Song With Name mobile application (the “App”), available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and what choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2.1 Data You Provide

• Names you type: Names entered in the song search, song maker, video maker, birthday card, and birthday countdown features are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to our servers.
• Birthday dates: Dates you add to the Birthday Countdown feature are stored locally on your device.
• Photos you select: Photos chosen for the Video Maker or Birthday Card features are accessed only during that session and are never uploaded to any server.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

• Analytics data: Firebase Analytics collects anonymised usage data such as screen views, feature usage, and session duration to help us improve the App.
• Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics collects crash logs and device information (OS version, device model) when the App crashes.
• Advertising identifiers: Google AdMob may collect your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve relevant advertisements, subject to your consent.
• IP address: May be collected by Firebase and AdMob as part of standard network communication.

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or any identity information.
• We do not collect payment information.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not collect contacts or call logs.
• We do not sell your data to any third party.

The App requests the following permissions. Each permission is used only for the stated purpose.

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• Downloaded birthday songs — MP3 audio files saved when you tap “Download MP3”.
• Generated birthday cards — Image files saved when you tap “Save to Photos” or stored in My Creations.
• Generated birthday videos — Video files created by the Video Maker, stored temporarily and optionally saved to your device.
• Favourite names — A list of names you have saved as favourites, stored in the App's local database.
• Birthday countdown entries — Names and dates you add to the Birthday Countdown, stored in device local storage.
• App preferences — Settings stored in device local storage.

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality:

• Locally stored data (downloaded songs, saved cards, videos, favourite names, countdown entries) — retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
• Firebase Analytics data — retained for up to 14 months as per Google's default retention policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics data — crash reports are retained for 90 days.
• AdMob advertising data — governed by Google's data retention policies.

The App integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

The App is free to use and is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads may appear as banners, interstitials (full-screen), or native ads within the App.

Consent: On first launch, the App presents a consent dialog using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP SDK on Android) and Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework (iOS) to ask for your permission before personalised ads are shown.

• If you allow tracking or consent to personalised ads, AdMob may use your advertising identifier to show ads relevant to your interests.
• If you deny tracking or do not consent, only non-personalised ads will be shown. The App remains fully functional either way.

You can change your ad preferences at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

The App is rated Everyone and is designed to be safe and appropriate for users of all ages, including children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). The App does not require any personal information to function.

The App does not contain chat features, social networking features, in-app purchases, or direct links to external websites accessible to children outside of standard ad networks.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can request information about what data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Since most data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
• Opt-out of personalised ads: You can opt out at any time through your device settings or the consent dialog within the App.
• Withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent for data collection at any time by adjusting your device settings or uninstalling the App.
• GDPR (EU users): If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data.
• CCPA (California users): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

• All data stored locally on your device is kept within the App's private storage directory, which is not accessible to other apps.
• Network communications with Firebase and AdMob use HTTPS encryption.
• We do not operate our own servers that store your personal data.
• Crash reports sent to Firebase Crashlytics do not include personally identifiable information.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

This Privacy Policy is governed by applicable data protection laws. For users in the European Economic Area, this policy is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For users in California, this policy is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Studio Kids Master operates.
