Ganesha Wallpapers HD 4K ("App") is developed by Morpich Design ("we," "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about data collection.

1.1 Scope

This policy applies to all users of the Ganesha Wallpapers HD 4K Android app and covers all data collected through the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Permissions Required

📡 Internet Access (REQUIRED)

• Permissions: INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE
• Purpose: Download HD and 4K wallpapers, load AI face generator, display advertisements
• Data Collected: Network connection status, network type (WiFi/Mobile), IP address (temporary, for network requests only)
• NOT Collected: Browsing history, WiFi passwords, other apps' network activity

💾 Storage Access (REQUIRED)

• Permissions: READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below), READ_MEDIA_IMAGES (Android 13+)
• Purpose: Save downloaded wallpapers to device gallery, save AI-generated faces, save edited images from photo editor
• Data Accessed: ONLY images that you explicitly save through our app in designated folders (Pictures/Ganesha Wallpapers/, Pictures/AI Faces/)
• NOT Accessed: Personal photos from camera, photos from other apps, screenshots, documents, videos, audio files
• Scoped Storage: Android 10+ restricts access to app-created files only. We CANNOT see or access files from other apps.

🖼️ Set Wallpaper (REQUIRED)

• Permission: SET_WALLPAPER
• Purpose: Apply wallpapers to home screen, lock screen, or both screens
• Data Collected: Screen resolution only
• NOT Collected: Current wallpaper image, wallpaper history

🔔 Notifications (OPTIONAL)

• Permission: POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+)
• Purpose: Send daily wallpaper notifications if you enable this feature
• Control: Completely optional. Disable anytime in app settings or device settings
• Data Collected: None. This permission only allows us to display notifications.

📱 Ad Identifier (REQUIRED for Ads)

• Permission: AD_ID
• Purpose: Display personalized advertisements via Google AdMob to keep the app 100% free
• Data Shared: Google Advertising ID (GAID - anonymous identifier), device type, OS version, ad interaction data
• Control: Reset Advertising ID in device settings, opt-out of personalized ads

• Local Storage (Your Device): All wallpapers, AI faces, favorites, history, preferences stored on YOUR device only
• Remote Storage: We do NOT store your personal data on our servers
• Deletion: Uninstalling app removes all local data

4.2 Security Measures

• Encryption in Transit: All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Secure Storage: Sensitive data encrypted on device
• Access Controls: Strict server access limits
• Regular Updates: Security patches and updates

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)

• Service Provider: Google LLC
• Purpose: Display advertisements
• Data Shared: Advertising ID, device type, OS version, ad interactions
• Privacy Policy: Google Privacy Policy
• Opt-Out: Device Settings → Ads → Reset Advertising ID

5.2 AI Face Generator

• Loads content from external sources
• No personal photos uploaded or processed
• Generated faces are fictional and do not represent real people

App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child provided information, please contact us immediately.
