Passport Photo Maker (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is committed to maintaining the highest level of privacy and security for our users. This Privacy Policy serves as a definitive legal disclosure regarding how we handle data, as required by the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).

1. Data Minimization & Local Processing

Our App is built on a "Privacy-by-Design" architecture. We do not require a login, registration, or any form of user profile creation.

• Biometric Data: Any photographic content or biometric alignment data used to create ID photos is processed strictly within the App’s runtime memory on your device.
• Local Storage: Saved photos are stored in the App's local directory or your device's gallery, controlled entirely by your Operating System's security protocols. We do not have cloud-access to your photos.

2. Mandatory Disclosures for Third-Party SDKs

The App utilizes trusted third-party services for monetization and analytics. These service providers may collect non-personal identification data (such as IP addresses, device IDs, and advertising identifiers) to serve ads and monitor app stability.

• Google Play Services: Core Android functionality.
• AdMob (Google): Our primary advertising partner. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads according to your selection.

3. GDPR & International Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the App strictly follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Upon first launch, you are presented with a Consent Management Platform where you can control your advertising preferences. We do not support a "Status 0" (No-Ads) model; however, we strictly honor your choice between personalized and non-personalized advertising.

4. Hardware Permissions

To provide its core functionality, the App requests two critical permissions:

• Camera Permission: Used solely to capture physical photos within the biometric guide.
• Scoped Storage/Media: Used solely to save the final ID prints to your device for your usage.

5. Children’s Privacy Rights

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Since all data is local, if a child uses the App, the resulting photos remain on that device alone.

6. Changes and Contact

We reserve the right to modify this policy to reflect changes in Google Play policies. Responsibility for tracking updates lies with the user.
