Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AudioConvert Pro. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Android application AudioConvert Pro ("Application"), provided by Morpich Design ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using AudioConvert Pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue use of the Application.

2. Intellectual Property & License Grant

Morpich Design grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use AudioConvert Pro for personal, non-commercial use on Android devices owned or controlled by you. All intellectual property rights, app software, algorithms, logos, designs, and code belong exclusively to Morpich Design.

3. User Content & Responsibility

AudioConvert Pro allows you to select, convert, trim, and merge video and audio files stored on your local device. You retain full ownership of your media content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess the necessary legal rights, licenses, or permissions to process, edit, and convert any content using the Application.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Using the Application for any unlawful purpose or to process copyrighted material without permission.
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Application.
• Bypassing, disabling, or tampering with ad mechanisms or security features within the Application.
• Distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code through or against the Application.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertising Networks

AudioConvert Pro integrates Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network mediation to deliver in-app advertisements. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements are delivered dynamically by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network).
• Third-party ad networks operate independently and process advertising identifiers (AAID) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
• We do not control the specific commercial products or third-party web content promoted inside third-party advertisements. Tapping an ad will redirect you to an external website or Google Play Store listing governed by that advertiser's terms.
• You may adjust your personalized ad preferences at any time via Android System Settings or Meta Ad Choices.

6. Network Requirements & Data Charges

While video conversion executes locally on your device hardware, features such as ad loading, version checking, and review prompts require an active internet connection. You are responsible for any data fees charged by your mobile network operator.

7. App Updates & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of AudioConvert Pro at any time without prior notice. We recommend keeping the Application updated to the latest version available on Google Play to ensure optimal performance and security.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONVERSIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY MEDIA FILE TYPE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MORPICH DESIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, MEDIA FILES, PROFITS, OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Morpich Design and its developer team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Application.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your right to use AudioConvert Pro at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and uninstall it from your device.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of AudioConvert Pro following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
