By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall the App immediately.
Morpich Design grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the App on your personal Android device strictly in accordance with these Terms. Under this license, you agree NOT to:
The App integrates third-party services, specifically Google AdMob and Meta (Facebook) Audience Network, to deliver mobile advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge that these services operate under their own respective terms of service. You can read their details here:
The App serves as a web browser and local download utility. We do not host, check, filter, or control any web URLs, content, or videos accessed through the App's browser. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your actions comply with the copyright laws of your jurisdiction and the terms of service of the websites you visit.
All downloaded files, bookmarks, search history, and private vault configurations are saved purely on your device's local memory. You are solely responsible for securing your device, managing storage space, and keeping a secure record of your Private Vault PIN code. We are not responsible for any lost, corrupted, or inaccessible files.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. MORPICH DESIGN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DOWNLOADER WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY WEB SERVICE OR THAT ONLINE VIDEOS WILL RETRIEVE SUCCESSFULLY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MORPICH DESIGN BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, DEVICE CRASHES, ACCIDENTAL PASSWORD LOCKOUT, DEGRADATION OF DEVICE STORAGE, OR INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS BROUGHT AGAINST YOU BY COPYRIGHT OWNERS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Morpich Design, its developer team, and associates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, copyright violations, or breach of these Terms.
The App does not target children under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or have parental supervision and consent regarding storage read/write permissions.
We reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with an adjusted date. Continued usage of the App constitutes agreement with the modified terms.
