Information collected through third-party SDKs is used for the following purposes:
The App saves downloaded ringtone audio files to your device's local storage only when you explicitly tap the Download button. These files are stored in your device's media storage or app-specific directory depending on your Android version. You can delete downloaded files at any time from within the App via the Downloads section or through your device's file manager.
The App uses a local Room database stored entirely on your device to save your favorites list, download history, and recently played history. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
The App requires an active internet connection to browse, stream, and download ringtone content. All content is fetched from a third-party ringtone content API over a secure HTTPS connection. No personally identifiable information is transmitted during these requests beyond standard HTTP request headers such as device type and OS version.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
On-device data including favorites, downloads, and play history is retained until you clear it within the App or uninstall the App. Analytics and crash data retained by third-party services are subject to their respective data retention policies. Play history entries older than 30 days are automatically removed by the App.
The App is rated Everyone and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area. The App does not require account registration or submission of any personal information by users of any age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete such information. The App displays third-party advertisements — parental guidance is advised for younger users.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and California will be presented with a consent dialog on first launch, managed through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can manage or reset your privacy and advertising consent at any time via Settings then Manage Privacy Consent within the App. Users who do not consent will receive non-personalized advertisements.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed by the App. All network communication uses HTTPS encryption. Downloaded files are stored in app-specific or MediaStore directories with appropriate Android access controls. We do not operate our own servers that store your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App does not respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers as it is a native Android application. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by resetting your Google Advertising ID or enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in your device's Google Settings.
This App is available worldwide. If you are accessing the App from outside the developer's country of operation, please be aware that your information may be processed in countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to this transfer and processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, third-party services, or applicable laws. Changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
