2. Information We Collect & Android Permissions

100% Private • On-Device Financial Analytics: Credit Score Check & AI Report is strictly an educational financial analytics, calculation, and planning utility. All credit score simulations, diagnostic questionnaire inputs, EMI calculation results, debt payoff figures, and custom dispute letter drafts are processed and stored solely on your local device using an isolated SQLite/Room database. We do NOT collect, transmit, upload, or sell your personal financial numbers, bank credentials, Social Security Numbers (SSN), PAN, or national identity records to any remote server.

To deliver real-time app capabilities, deliver non-intrusive notifications, and support monetization via standard advertising, our application requests only the following permissions declared strictly in our AndroidManifest.xml:

Information processed by the application and integrated third-party SDKs is used strictly for:

App Performance & Stability: Identifying application crashes, ANRs (Application Not Responding), and device-specific rendering issues via Firebase Crashlytics to publish prompt bug fixes.
Analytics & Usage Metrics: Understanding aggregated feature adoption and navigation patterns via Firebase Analytics to optimize user experience.
Monetization & Advertising: Displaying contextual and personalized ads (banners, native cards, interstitials, and rewarded videos) via Google AdMob and mediated ad networks to keep the application 100% free to use.

6. Data Retention Policy

On-Device SQLite Data: Any credit account entries, quiz histories, simulated score milestones, and dispute letter drafts remain stored exclusively on your local device until you clear the application storage or uninstall the app.
Crashlytics Logs: Crash traces transmitted to Firebase Crashlytics are automatically retained for 90 days by Google and then permanently erased.
Advertising Data: Google Advertising ID data is managed under standard Google retention lifecycles and can be cleared instantly by the user as described in Section 7.

7. User Data Deletion Rights & Instructions

Because Credit Score Check & AI Report does not require user registration, profile logins, or remote server accounts, you have complete control over all data directly from your Android device:

A. Wiping All Local App Data

To erase all stored diagnostic scores, calculator inputs, and preferences completely:

Open your Android device Settings.
Navigate to Apps > All Apps > Credit Score Check & AI Report.
Select Storage & cache.
Tap Clear Storage (or Clear Data). This immediately deletes the local Room database and all preferences.

B. Resetting or Deleting Google Advertising ID (AAID)

To prevent ad networks from correlating historical ad interactions:

Open your device Settings.
Select Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android 12+).
Tap Reset advertising ID or tap Delete advertising ID.

8. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Notice (EEA & UK Users)

Credit Score Check & AI Report is strictly designed for adults and young adults managing credit profiles (aged 18 and older, minimum 13+).

Our application is NOT directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately take steps to remove and purge such information. 11. Security Measures

We implement multiple layers of security to safeguard your application interactions:

Strict Sandbox Isolation: All financial entries and calculations are housed inside Android's internal application sandbox directory, completely inaccessible to other third-party apps installed on your device.
Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS): All remote configuration checks, ad mediation requests, and crash transmissions are conducted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections (TLS 1.3/1.2).
Zero Remote Financial Database: Because we do not operate a remote user profile database, there is zero risk of remote credential leaks, unauthorized financial exposure, or cloud database breaches regarding your financial inputs.
